really is.

Utilisation against real rostered hours, not an assumed working week: a 30, 60 or 90 day view, a twelve-month trend, when the diary is busy, when cancellations land, and where the new-patient gaps are by service.

How it is worked out

The numbers behind it.

The denominator is real rostered clinical hours per practitioner, read from your PMS, with a busiest-week floor and plausibility gates so an open-diary configuration can never inflate it. Non-clinical diaries and excluded practitioners are kept out so the figure reflects clinical capacity only.
Where it shows up

It travels with you.

The roster hours are shared with the Team cards, and the availability picture feeds the paid-search diagnosis when clicks are healthy but bookings are not.
