How it is worked out

The numbers behind it.

Recall reads the same closed-cohort logic as the Patients tab to decide who has genuinely gone quiet, and every candidate is re-checked against your PMS at the moment of export so anyone who rebooked since the last sync is dropped. Patient names are never stored: they are fetched live for the export and held only for that request. On Nookal that includes names, emails and marketing consent, read with a real audit trail behind the consent flag. ClinicSignal never contacts a patient itself; the list is for your team to action.

Recall is powered by the drop-off and lapsed-value work on the Patients tab, and the recoverable total appears in the Advice engine as a campaign you can run into any quiet spot.
