The exact structure of the briefing pack, with illustrative figures and practitioner names replaced
When a clinic owner asks the Advisor a question, ClinicSignal assembles a briefing pack in code, sends it to Anthropic together with the question as typed, and shows the written answer. The pack is a readable document, not a database dump. Below is its full structure as generated by the live system. The section headings are exact; the figures are illustrative; practitioner names are replaced with letters. Nothing in a real pack identifies a patient: there are no patient names, contact details, dates of birth, patient reference numbers, clinical notes or per-appointment rows.

Anthropic processes the request under its data processing addendum and does not use it to train models. Under Anthropic's standard commercial API terms, which is what ClinicSignal uses, inputs and outputs are deleted within 30 days of processing, except where retention is required to enforce Anthropic's usage policy or by law. The pack is never stored by ClinicSignal; only the question is kept, as described in the Data Guide.
